Day 4 DONE! By 8am!!weigh in w trainer at 1pm today.

Just finished day3. I added 3lb weights to punches and increased chest fly and bicept to 8 lb weight.150 calories burned .

Just completed day 2! Such awesome quick workout!I worked till midnight last night, thanks to you guys I got up early and did it!

Just finished day one(a day late) awesome workout! 172 calories max hr 150 ave hr 120.I think I will do 10 day at level one 10 at level 2and 10at level 3 also.I'm off to do measurements before photo then I'm going to the gym for step/strength class! Have a great day everyone!

I like you goal plan! I almost same weight as you.we also have same goal! I weigh 172.6 (yesterday)and my goal is 155 .150 is even better. I'm going to look up 30 day shred I never heard of it.what's you height? I'm 5'8. Lynn
