I have the same issue with my sugars. I eat small portions of fruits, which end up taking up half of my sugars. I am struggling finding foods that keep me below my sugar allotment, especially when I have a lot of extra calories from working out.

I have tried about a half dozen weight loss trackers and calorie counters, some free and some that I paid a lot of money for. I could not keep up with any of them for long. This is the first one where I seem to gel with the system! I have already loss 3.5 lbs and this is just the beginning!!
