Great post! More women should really appreciate their breasts =) I love mine because they fed my older daughter and are now sustaining my 3-month-old. Breasts are amazing things and deserve to be appreciated, whether it is for sustaining life or the way they look in a sexy top or bra :flowerforyou:

I am using the Paraguard IUD, and have not had any issues with weigh gain. My doc said since it is non hormonal, it should not cause weight gain. It is definitely a couple steps up. There are a couple of moves that I can barely do the modified version of, and the last circuit is absolutely killer on the shoulders! It is not as tough on the knees as L1 is though. Good luck!

Started L2 today! All those plank moves are killer, but this level doesn't seem to be as hard on my knees. I like this level much better than the L1 workout =) Keep going ladies you all are doing great!

Finished day 3 last night! I can definitely feel a difference already, I feel a lot stronger now, and am able to keep up with the video for the most part. I totally agree, the side lunges with arm raises are killer!!

I do most of the cooking, but my husband usually cooks one or two meals a week. I love cooking, but it is nice to get a break once in awhile! He usually cooks pretty healthily, but he always overdoes it on the portions, so I have to make my own dish!
