Yeh iv had a look but even the salads are high in cals!! They have a lighter section on the menu but the only thing that really suits me is spaghetti bolegnase and that isnt something id usually order. Im waiting for someone to tell me to just have a cheeseburger cause they arent actually that bad for you :laugh:

Yeh i just had a look, some of the salads have about 800cals in them!!!! lol! So i need to decide wether or not to order something low in cals that i wouldnt usually order..........or just order what i usually get and count it as a cheat meal.

Im the same Dannii, going out for a meal tmro night and panicking over what im going to order!! I dont know wether to choose something lower in cals i wouldnt normally choose.....or just order what i want as its only the one night. Decisions decisions! :huh:

I havent been eating ridiculous amounts of fruit, one day i had a wee tub of mango and a small tub of melon chunks and i was over!! :laugh:

I dont have hand weights yet so someone suggested using 2x1.5litre bottles of water. However i could only find one so i used one bottle of water and one 1.5litre bottle of fabirc softner LOL!!! :blushing: Half way through it i actually thought to myself 'how many washings can i do before tomorrow to make this lighter???'…

Thats how people put on weight lol The thought of the first week is so horrible everyone just says 'ill start on monday' :laugh: Before you know it youre a stone heavier :cry: lol!

I usually diet before going on holiday then when i get there i just eat what i want!! By the time i come home iv been eating crap all week and cant be bothered with the hellish 'first week' again. Not this time tho!! 6lbs down so 5more and i'll have beaten my record lol

Im the opposite!! I stuggle to meet my calorie allowance at the weekends and its only 1200! Probably because i wake up later in the day then run around doing what i have to do. I find sitting at my desk during the week leaves me starving!!! I think i need a busier job :laugh:
