  • I used to have cereal at night too....I'd get a bowl, fill it with cereal (a really sugary kind usually) and fill the bowl with milk, sit down and watch tv with my husband. Thank goodness I don't do that anymore!
  • I actually like to have an evening snack...I kind of plan it that way. I do a workout DVD then have breakfast (most of the time), lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, workout on the elliptical, then an evening/night snack. I love having banana chips and peanut butter for my night snack after I do the elliptial, it's filling and…
  • Congratulations! It's great that you had so many small NSVs that eventually led up to a huge one and you hiked at the Grand Canyon!! I know that had to be awesome! :)
  • I was just having this debate with my husband yesterday....I don't really eat back my calories unless for some reason I'm just super hungry that day (usually around that TOM lol). I find it kind of pointless. If I'm exercising, I want those calories gone! But I guess some people exercise so they can eat more.
  • I'm not one to really complain either, I usually just keep my thoughts to myself..BUT, one time I was at my local library by myself and noticed this creepy guy kept getting close to me and not picking up books or acting interested in the library, he'd be near me even if I went all the way to the other side of the library.…
  • This is a good idea ^^...Maybe while you're there working on a machine and you see him, call the gym while youre working out and explain that you're there right now and what you've been observing everytime you come and it makes you feel uneasy about coming to the gym. Do it while you're there, and you know that he's…
  • You look smokin! And SO happy now!! :) Congratulations on your year of hard work...it DEFINITELY paid off!!! :D
  • I'm 5'1" and currently weigh 171, my goal for now is to be 130lbs, which will put me at the top of the Healthy BMI range...I'll see how I feel and look once I get to 130 and go from there if I want to lose more. Good luck to all the Fun Sized people! :) lol I'm 24 years old, by the way. And I wear about a 16 in jeans.
  • Ew, you guys have eaten some gross ****!!! LOL. The only thing I've eaten out of the ordinary (and it's actually not even weird to a LOT of people) is Deer bacon. Only reason I had that was because I was younger and I went on a hunting trip with my friends family and they cooked it for breakfast. I hated it and never had…
  • I'm 5'1", 24 years old and my goal weight for now is 130 (puts me at the top of the healthy BMI range), then I'll see how I look and feel. Geez, I haven't been 118 since about 9th grade lol, I'd love to have that body again, but it was younger with no kids! Now I have a 4.5 year old son, a husband and am not as wild and…
  • Oh wow! Hope you're doing great now! It goes to show that just because we think we get enough water, we still may not be.
  • I don't have this exact problem, mine is on my thighs! But recently I've read in another persons thred that so many people recommend BodyGlide, it's for everywhere on the body! I don't have any stores near me that sell it so I checked on Amazon.com and it is less than $10, every one seems to love it and I think I might…
  • I do that DVD too!! I've had it a while and am now getting back into it! I forgot how tough it was haha!! I log it as circuit training general, that is what I was told to log 30 Day Shred as and it is the same type of moves.
  • Goodness I bet you pee a LOT!! lol, I know I do and I only drink around the 8 glasses a day! I know you are well hydrated though!!
  • I don't know about that...maybe if it's caffine free? But ew, unsweet tea? lol I'd definitely rather drink the water haha!
  • I'm not having this probelm yet, as I haven't lost that much weight yet...but this is what I was going to suggest too! Staying hydrated with plenty of water is great for your skin. Also, use a moisturizer with collagen and elastin. For a facial moisturizer I've been using a tub of the St. Ives Timeless Skin with Collagen…
  • I like #1 and #4 as well, but I think I like #1 the most!!! :) You look great by the way!
  • You sound a little like me, I'm a stay at home mom of one also. I just try to have strenght and make the right eating choices. My husband is not trying to eat healthy at all, so we definitely have plenty of bad thing sin our kitchen to eat. I just make sure I have my good things in there too so that when I'm hungry for a…
  • I don't really know any tricks to drink it, I just naturally like drinking water. At restaurants I get water with lemon slices in it. At home or on the go I drink bottled water, I find that a little easier than refilling a glass everytime, that can feel like a chore. A bottle of water equals 2 glasses, so once a bottle is…
  • No, I don't have a HRM, that's why I am asking on here.
  • I know right!! I would gladly rock your before body!! I probably wouldn't even be on MFP if I looked like that lol
  • Dancing* Bump
  • You look fantastic! My stomach looks like your before pictures and I only have ONE kid! lol...There is hope for me afterall!
  • I've read the reviews for BodyGlide and am considering buying it. Which one do you ladies use? I've read that you get less product for the BodyGlide For Women it is basically the same thing with a pink top....which one do you all use??
  • Haha, nice!
  • Do you have to carry it with you and reapply several times a day, or does it last a while?
  • Bump! I'd like to see what people say about this, I'm so tired all the time too! It's irritating to both me and my husband!
  • UGH!!! That is the worst feeling! I live in GA, so I get so hot and sweaty..I would love to wear shorts/dresses/skirts but rarely do because my thighs will get so red and irritated. :/
