  • I am having trouble with this calorie thing too, I am a little over 5 ft tall. MFP set my calorie intake at 1200, I saw no results so I adjusted it to 1000 calories. It has been a couple months now & still no real results. My weight keeps fluctuating up & down from day to day. Very frustrating.
