I like toasted tomato or cucumber sandwiches with fat free cream cheese on country harvest flax bread. I find I am full afterwards and am not tempted to snack. the other lunch i like is plain rice cakes with roasted garlic hummus and carrot/celery sticks (That one is a bit easier to pack)

Alot of low fat/no fat/sugar free food does have a downside... it is high in sodium. I have personally found that these foods tend to make me more bloated and retain more water, giving a larger appearance. There's nothing wrong with a little "real" sugar or "real" fat in your diet as long as you are being careful about…

Unless you have a personal trainer or someone to direct you, using the machines is probably your best bet. I've found free weights will show results faster, but you have to constantly make sure your form is correct (this is easier to do on machines). ps. your pugs are adorable!!
