Water - always. When you are out, make sure you have water with you. Feel your hunger - or lack of. Listen to your stomach, not your tongue. It sounds so easy, but I know it isn't. Good Luck.

This site is not a diet, it is a place which allows you to keep track of your calories and exercise. What you do with the information is how it works. That is all up to you. Good Luck.

before mfp. I used a doctor prescripbed appetite suppresant. Any thing I lost came right back, when I stopped suppressing my appetite. I was MORE hungry than before the pills. I just could not stop binging. Would never do that again. Exercise is a good appetite suppressant now.

sometimes it is good to start out slow. But if you have a goal, you need to make steps towards that goal. Mini goals will help. And if you set a time frame, it can be adjusted along the way. Good Luck!

these are the ones that stick out. make sure that if you like your sleep, it is stated ahead of time "no guitar with amplifier after 11:00 pm". Drugs can only be smoked outside with the cigarettes. Do not feed my cat, junk food (or get him high)

I can only suggest, pay attention to portion control. Have stuff, but less of it than you would normally get.

I hate when people use "word crutches". For instance, saying "basically" in every sentance, sometimes twice. Or use "like" or "any rate" continuously. Grrrr

I will try to answer some, I'm on week 7: -I think as the run time gets longer I tend to slow down a little because I am not use to it, I have since gotten faster and covered more ground. -The run times jump more, next week, you will see more progress later. The early ones are still trying to get you off the couch, not…

I have been using the lite version for 6 weeks, this isn't a whole lot different. Instead of a bell notification, you get a voice that tells you walk or run. You also can play your own music through it. I also see a total workout time incrementing. It shows how many of the qty of runs you have done so far. I'm not sure I…
