I think "some kind of picture" is better than nothing. I want to know the person asking is serious enough about weight loss/health to put some effort into their profile. the 2 of my friends which don't have pictures posted, both have not been on MFP for 3 and 11 days.

the larger ones are able to stay up longer. We made one out of sprinkler hose, coupling and duct tape. When it is in a circle you want the middle to be at mid waist high. Amazing what you can know about hula hoops.

my son has high functioning autism (PDD-NOS), I don't think taking away the social part of school is a good thing. I understand the frustration you have. I want to run up to about 50 minutes regardless of the distance. I'm at 35 min at one time plus 2 sets of 10 min divided. after that I will increase my distance in that time. 3 times a week, want to do 4 times also.

yes c25k. I just finished it. I would also read about different running techniques. Also don't worry about the distance or speed until you are ready for those to increase. Just follow the program. I use the smart phone app c25k lite.

there is breast reduction surgury, but I have heard you may loose feeling/sensation in the "nip" area after this surgury and I'm not willing to take that chance. :blushing:

I doubt I have been doing it right but this is how I do it. I log in the time I run (aprox 5.5 mph) then I log in the time I walk (aprox 4 mph).
