HELL YES. I'm proud of my *kitten*, but I think I'll get this work out either way. Thank you for posting your results! I'm a bit *kitten* jealous

180. It doesn't matter how tall you are. It's about your body fat percentage... amount of water, muscle, etc.
-
AMEN! When I look hot, I damn well plan on wearing a sports bra and super short shorts to the gym 'cause dammit, I WORKED HARD for this body (in the future sense - still working hard for it).
-
I'm having wheat crackers with hummus. Also a protein bar after my workout :D

My personal trainer told me that low weight, high repetition is good for endurance (and rock climbing), while high weight, low repetition is for building muscle. I've always liked the latter, 'cause I like knowing when I'm getting stronger and can bump up to the next weight up, versus adding 5 more reps. BORING.

Well I'll tell you right now... I have an analog scale and it's off 2 lbs. Its one you can calibrate (as in, when it moves, you have to move the dial to get it back to 0 just right)... and I put a 5 lb dumbbell on the scale to make sure I was reading it right (once I was already halfway to my goal weight at the time about…

Are you only eating 1200 calories, and not your exercise calories? That makes a big difference. If you're eating 1200 and burning say, 400-500 calories per day, you're only leaving yourself with 700-800 calories to function on. You should be NETTING 1200 (it's on your homepage: it says NET). Keep that at 1200 or higher.…

Yes, definitely add in more strength. If you weren't running such long distances, I wouldn't say that... but your cardio is WAY too much over your strength, so you're probably losing muscle instead of gaining muscle. If you're running that much, I think you should be lifting - and pretty heavily - about 3x per week.

You can lose the weight and "be attractive" but he'll always be an a$$ho|e! You can revel in that. Girl, you can do this. And do it for YOU. So you can land a man MUCH better, who will love you, skinny or fit or fat or obese.

Yeah, don't do it. Early on, I was really strict... as I got used to saying no and controlling cravings, I did okay with having a cheat ITEM every now and then. Then it got out of control. I'm back to strict diet, and I typically have something "bad" once a week, and tiny tiny cheats (dark chocolate is considered a treat…

Yeah, in the beginning, you'll be hungry because your body is used to eating so many more calories. Your body will adapt, though. Just try to eat a lot of veggies so you can eat more of them, also lots of protein.
-
Oh, no. I think stuff like that all the time. Or... what if I'm the star of some Truman Show type thing?
-
Definitely snog but she looks like a sweetheart.
-
I treat myself with new work out clothes and equipment. Soon: new, heavier dumbbells! Yayyy!
-
I'll be running and cross ramping it up at the gym in a few hours after dinner.
-
I wouldn't because it's part of your lifestyle. You walk your dogs because you have dogs. Especially if you did it before you were trying to lose weight. I typically think of "small" amounts of exercise as a bonus. Such as ... say I spend four hours cleaning. It didn't get my heart rate up, so it's just extra. I don't log…

I work retail part time (I also go to school), so I'm typically on my feet 6 hours a day, 3-5 times a week... it somewhat helps being "lightly active" but boy, do I burn through shoes!

CJ: Retail Sales Associate DJ: Diva - I wouldn't want to be Beyonce famous but I wouldn't mind having one or two of my songs on the radio  Striving to be a psychologist, though.

Amen, OP! She did this to herself, so I'm not really shocked she'd want to go with medicine. If she decided to change her lifestyle, she would have to change her show. Her show is popular because people love comfort food and people are just like her in the realm that they'd rather eat themselves into the ground than tweak…

No. Increasing fiber intake too quickly causes gas. (say, your whole day's fiber is in one meal versus spread throughout the day - or consistently eating 30g of fiber per day when before, you were eating less than half that amount consistently).
-
It seems like you're all over the place as far as macros... today you had 80g of protein at dinner but a tiny tiny meal for breakfast, and then opposite yesterday and the day before. I would just suggest trying to even it out a little bit. If you're having problems getting really hungry and then eating a very big meal…

If it's in your chest, no. If it's in your head, yes. If it's something like the flu, PLEASE stay home. Also, either way, please wipe down your machines afterwards.

Lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, pork) Whole grains (oats, wheat, quinoa, brown rice) Veggies Fruit Healthy fats (avocados, nuts, seets) Healthy carbs (peas, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.)

You can look at my diary. I eat quite a bit and have been eating fairly healthy for the last month or so, with the typical treat every now and then.
-
Yes. Fake sugars have a better chance of being deposited to your middle and changed into fat than say table sugar or pure cane sugar.
-
Working! Making that money.
-
Not really, but I work retail, so the more days I work, the more hours I'm on my feet everyday, which helps.
-
On certain people. Obviously, I like good looking feet. My boyfriend has long (not scary) toes and the tops of his feet are super hairy, but his feet are so soft, so I like them. Mine, I've heard from various people, are "cute" or "pretty" and of course, I'm okay with my own. Some feet give me the creeps, but for the most…

A guy who can be goofy but serious. My ultimate man is my man.

She's gorgeous. Notice her thighs are pretty average? They're not super thin and they're not flabby, either.
