Was able to do a side plank for the first time in about 4 years after having 2 twisted vertebrae in my neck, a shoulder injury and an elbow injury all on the same side (the one that was holding up my bodyweight).

It depends on your body type. I'm an hourglass so I lose everywhere pretty evenly. I didn't start losing my boobs 'til I got to about 30 lbs lost. Now at almost 50, I'm down a cup size. I'm normally 2 cup sizes smaller when I'm a healthy weight so I'm anticipating more loss there.

Also, I'd like to add, you're saying you've eaten out... take a look at your sodium. Eating *almost* anything from a restaurant will cause you to bloat because of additives and sodium.

There's no way for us to know without knowing your goals. My goal is mainly to build muscle and burn fat so I do more weight lifting than cardio with about a 2:1 ratio. Weight training is 50 mins, my cardio is 20.

Just at 50 pounds lost so far! I am 5'3 3/4"

It really depends on your goal... your ticker says you have 2 lbs to lose and you're saying you want to lose fat and maintain muscle, so I would recommend minimal cardio and increase the weights. If you're really just looking to reduce body fat, you could do about 30 mins of cardio everyday, do HIIT maybe twice a week and…

Sedentary if you're adding exercise calories to eat... Lightly active if you're not counting exercise calories to eat. The key here is not to add the calories twice so you end up overeating.

I would recommend going half first and weaning down... or just eating smaller portions of what you normally eat for your body to get used to it. Otherwise you'll be starving and not be able to maintain that big of a change.
