Interval training is where your heart rate varies. So you would go normal, fast, faster, and then back down. So if you're doing hills, I would say don't do it all in one pace. Maybe walk up (don't try sprinting a hill, it HURTS, lol), then run down, then sprint some flat ground, and then back up?

Eat 1/4 at a time. Cut out half of a half and eat that. It could be anywhere from 50-70 calories. Not bad! And it's healthy fat! Try it instead of butter or mayo on a sandwich... chop it into cubes for a salad...or try putting an egg yolk in one half and baking for 10 minutes or so. DELICIOUS.

think of sitting down with your *kitten* instead of your knees. once i figured that out, my squats have perfect form. try doing it in front of a mirror sideways and adjust and focus on how it feels when you get it right so you can do it right next time.

Have you tried filtered or bottled? Also try crystal light water add in stuff. Make sure it doesn't have any added sugar. Also you could try green tea (again, make sure it doesn't have sugar in it).
