Honestly, I think you just have to make yourself. I get off work about 4, run some errands, get home around 5:30 or 6, eat and watch a 40 minute episode of TV. Once it's done, I get dressed and go to the gym. I feel great afterwards. I think when you don't want to go, or you're tired, you just have to keep telling yourself…

Wow, that is incredible. You look fabulous, ma'am!

Usually 2-4 lbs. Don't worry about it. That's what your body does. It holds water to help your body operate: muscles, brain, joints, etc. You will also fluctuate on your period, after high sodium days or lots of alcohol. Just try to stay consistent, drink a lot of water, weigh ONCE a week, and you'll be fine.

You could increase by 200 but honestly, I don't think it's that much. Really it comes down to a couple snacks: 100 cal string cheese + 60 cal apple, 190 cal 2 tbsp peanut butter + 100 cal banana = 450. Ta-da!

Wow, that's great! Keep up the good work, lady!

MY OWN, just smaller, toned, and healthy!

Thinking I was 160, getting on the scale, and being 180. TWENTY pounds heavier than what you thought... on a 5'4" frame... big deal for me. My highest weight before that, my "I'll never weight this much ever again" was 175... beating it by 5 lbs definitely woke me up.

cooked carrots (love 'em raw!) - i go so far as buying stir fry and picking all the little frozen carrots out before it even cooks. HATE HATE HATE them. also bologna and salami. I'm italian, what a shame, right? lol

Y'all need to try a little diced mango in your salsa. THE best thing ever.

Chicken tikka masala. It's tomato based so pretty low calorie. Try to stay away from light colored, thick sauces as they are probably cream based, high calorie, high fat. Naan bread isn't too high calorie, and it's DELICIOUS, I would say just have half a piece 'cause it's usually about 160 calories for 1/2 big piece.

I work retail as a sales associate. My dream job is to be a private practice psychologist and pattiserie owner :]

That is amazing!!! I'm so proud of you! I know how hard it can be. My grandma was diagnosed with cancer last May and I quickly gained 10 lbs switching jobs and dealing with that, then when she got terminal, I put on even more weight. But I'm back with a vengeance, and have already lost 2 of the lbs I gained back. I'm…

Half-way?? Girl, you look fantastic!

Don't measure every week. Try once a month. Your body fluctuates. That goes for weight on the scale, and measurements. Your water intake is not always going to be the same, and hopefully your workouts are not going to be the same. Your body holds water for various reasons, and if you are holding water, your measurements…

Just weights and a mat if you plan on doing it on tile or a hard floor. I used a yoga mat and 3 lb weights. Would love to try it again with 5 lbers!

Yeah. I was pissed about that. He could have said "other than my wife and kids..." but he didn't. It's like, WAKE UP. That's an accomplishment to ANYONE. Geezus. His wife seems really sweet and I just don't know how the guy can be so damn cocky, especially with a special needs child. Most parents of autistic children are…

I started at 1200 calories when I joined MFP and had been eating roughly 1200-1300 calories weekly for a couple months before joining, so my body was used to it. I lost roughly 12 lbs before joining MFP. I got to 20 lbs total about a month into my stay here at MFP, but I had started leaving some extra calories (not sure…

lol nothing will bulk you up "muscle-wise", unless you are eating enough calories to gain weight, AND lifting very heavy weights. that's what you do to bulk up. if you're eating within your calories to lose weight or maintain or whatever, you will not bulk up. that's complete bullsh!+. also - if it's natural, in my…

Everytime I eat cake, it makes me wonder why I ate it. Cake just isn't that great to me anymore. I'd rather have a really good cupcake or cookie, honestly.

Last movie: North by Northwest. Last TV show: Burn Notice.

Could be sodium, sugar, water from your workouts, etc. Get back on track, drink LOTS of water everyday, and see what the scale says next week. Don't worry about it!

I get 6" flatbread, oven roasted chicken breast, pepper jack cheese, pepperoncini, green pepper, purple onion, lettuce, tomato, avocado and spinach if available, little bit of sweet onion sauce. Ends up just over 400 calories, not bad and VERY filling.

Stay on MFP and keep counting calories. Ask your doctor how many extra calories you need during pregnancy. It's typically 200-400 calories per day, which isn't a lot more. You can continue to exercise, continue to eat lots of fruits & veggies 'cause baby needs the nutrition too!

There are ways to tell. Try searching frame in the MFP boards. I know there's one where you measure your wrist, and that's the one I go by. Apparently I'm a large build because my wrist is like 7" around.

I agree!

I always shave because I like to feel sexy for ME. My boyfriend can complain about my hairy legs (when it happens) all he wants, 'cause I shave for me. Being hairless feels good to me, and if I don't have time to shave, that's nobody's business :]
