Lipton Diet Green Tea. LOVE the stuff. It's sweet enough to drink with foods I normally need to drink soda with... and it helps fill me up just a little.

No, type in "strength training" for cardio exercises.
-
GO to the doctor.
-
Definitely brown, copper, red, even dark blue or charcoal gray.

Find a smaller gym. Snap Fitness?
-
I just mix it with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
-
Yep. That's what I do!

How are you recovering post-workout? Are you doing shakes, eating a full meal, not doing anything, going straight to bed, REHYDRATING? The best way that I've found for ME is to try to workout at a time during the day where I can eat a full meal almost immediately after I workout - usually after I shower. And by full meal,…

Love it! It's so comic book! :]

I logged one at one point and it was about 70 so that sounds about right. Refined sugars are higher in calories than the stick 'cause I think it's PURE, as in, unprocessed sugar.
-
Sweet potato!! I'm on such a baked sweet potato kick! I had one for lunch today and I kinda wish I made another one for dinner, lol.
-
Yikes. I don't think so. I would be more worried about sodium than cals with ham... either way, I would try to find a ham with nutrition ON the label.
-
I love the clear gummi bears best! YUM!
-
You probably need different/new shoes.
-
That's great! Mexican is my weakness as well. Makes it so easy when you can figure out portions instead of just guessing.
-
Yes. That's why it's better to strength train from the beginning because as you build muscle, the muscle works FOR you. Muscle burns fat.
-
If you must have something sweet, have a fruit afterwards. I'm trying to do that and it usually helps! Or eat it WITH your lunch, then you won't "need" the sweet after 'cause you already had it. Speaking of which, I should go grab an orange. Yum!

THIS. I had to do this with friends who I love but who I can't STAND to see update constantly about how much "weight they've lost with HCG!" UGHHHH.
-
I usually buy hip huggers panties, thongs, lacey thongs, sometimes boy shorts. I vary but bf loves them all!

Every 2-3 hours. Yes, eat back your exercise calories. Your net (check on your homepage) calories should be at least 1200.
-
The opposite. Typically you eat more the closer you get to your goal. I started at 1200, went up to 1400, now I'm down to 1370. That's BASE and I also eat my exercise calories.
-
Me too. I find working out wears me out and I sleep a lot better.
-
No. That was my first thought as well.
-
I wouldn't die to have anything. I eat what I want occasionally. Today I had pizza but instead of my usual place, I got it from Whole Foods. Smaller pieces, just as filling, YUMMY, and less guilt.

Calories are all the same... alcohol isn't going to be as QUALITY of a calorie as something healthy, just like if alcohol were junk food. It's going to your liver and also your waistline. Alcohol also dehydrates you and causes you to hold water. The body burns alcohol before body fat so don't drink too much that you stop…

Yes, I've noticed that as well... I tried to start before I lost as a way of shedding the mentality that ONLY black is slimming - since that's a bold faced lie - but I do find as I get smaller, the clothes get brighter. I think it's a direct representation of our SUNNY insides! We're just showing we're happier!
-
My base is 1370 plus exercise calories. I try to burn at least 500 calories per workout and NET about 1200 calories.
-
You also expel a LOT of calories pushing the blood out, as well as iron. Go out for a steak afterwards and try to stick to your calorie limit but get lots of water, DON'T exercise and rest.
