  • Get a heart rate monitor and use it to tell you how many calories you've burned in a session. Then you just "add an exercise" such as PT session, how long it was i.e. 60 minutes, and the calories form the HRM. The next time you will be able to just check the box for the exercise adjusting your time and calories.
  • I love knitting. I'm currently working on socks for the hubby and I need to finish up a sweater. I also am working on a fast knit dishcloth for a change of pace. We have a group that meets in my office during lunch to knit.

  • I love them both! Currently we have a slobbery, drooling basset, Leonard, and a lovely DLH, Gilbert. They get along quite well and actually play games with each other. The downside of all this playing is that I have to brush the dried slobber off of Gilbert and it is stiffer than dried styling mousse.
