About 11 minutes....In my 1/2 marathon I finished right with the 11 minute mile pace dude holding the 11 minute sign!

^^^ This is what I do. Lunges with dumbells! Its amazing!!!!

Since you are starting Id recommend these. Lunges.......Start doing them with NO weight....then do 50 walking lunges with some dumbells.....KILLER!! Overhead press Theres soo many but like the guy above stated...we need to know your goals,

Also Some of my best runs have come after carb loading on beer the night before!!! Im being serious! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA You can just feel all that water coming out of your pores! Its tradition for me to run the SHamrock Shuffle 8K Hungover on beer! :bigsmile: Makes for an awesome sweat!!!

This is how I roll!....... I spread Refried black beans over My tostada to start. Then I add Diced tomato Avocado Queso Cincho(Mexican crumbling cheese) I make a fresh salsa and top my Tostadas with it!! yummmmm

Thats not bad! Remember you are just starting out....................I was actually doing this exercise yesterday. I do them with Dumbells though on a 90 degree bench with my back straight. Im at 60 lb dumbells so far.
