An extra mile on the treadmill should do it! 2.)Eliminate any liquid calories in the daytime like pop, juice, etc..... 3.) Stay Hydrated!....drink lots of WATER!!! 4.) Take a multivitamin 5.) reserve…

Overall I do know this.....Running on the treadmill is a much better workout! Lungs open...sweating.....Lovely! For me anyway !:bigsmile:
