I have the entire set. I love them! Don't do them as often as I'd really like but they're all very great. Good luck!

I can't really say I'm a Bruins fan, but I do love hockey season! I'll be in Carolina tomorrow night for the Canes home opene

I have to agree that you look fabulous after losing 50 lbs! We are our own worst critic. Look at those pictures next week. I bet you have a different view.

I agree. It's so fun. I've never gone to a class but I have the DVDs at home. Always a good time!

I've done both and I know that WW can get pricey. I guess the only perks is that fact that you get to meet others on the same journey and share stories. I have heard some people say if they know someone else is going to see the scale it motivates them more. So really I think it's whatever your preference is. Good luck!

Sure it's possible. The whole point is to just burn off more calories than you take in. But 5 hours is a lot of time devoted to exercise.

That's kinda my thought too. I guess I'll just to invest in a good one. Thanks!

I don't think it's something terrible to do. The only thing about sodium is that it makes you retain water. I want to say I read somewhere to drink some extra water to help flush you out. Obviously, eating fresh is better but there will be days when you just have to do it! Don't stress too much about it! Good luck!

I weigh myself everyday but I know that it changes daily. So I just make mental notes and think about what I ate that might make my weight go up. But I take an "official" weigh in once a week. Good luck on your journey!
