  • I do recognise what you describe. I took Lipo 6 for about 4 weeks. Made me sweat a lot, very warm weather here during this time, so I quit. Will start again, maybe in a month when it's colder. When I quit I got more tired, and also more moody, a bit down. Some irritation also. (a very late answer here...)

  • 1. Shower. If there's time before work, snuggle for a while with my daughter and wife. 2. Make coffee and yummy breakfast w Berry Smoothie and Toasted "Fazer" rye bread w butter. :-) 3. Brush teeth and floss.
