^^^ What she said is so true! And you really can eat anything you want to eat as long as it's in moderation. Feel free to look at my diary...I do enjoy food, but I'm honest with myself and I log everything I eat and my water intake as well.

YES! That's the way to look at it! You haven't failed anything...Just make small changes and in time you will see the progress that you have made. Personally, I have been on here since 2011 and decided that this was going to be my year to finish what I started. I wiped out all of my old weigh in's, etc. and started with a…

^^^This You can do this! There is no need to give up reaching for what you want, just know that it takes time and will not happen overnight. Also, there is no need to feel hungry or like you are starving yourself because in the long run that will backfire. P.S. We will accept you for who you are; after all, isn't that why…

Well, to whomever you choose, I wish you the best of luck and welcome to MFP :)

My sister in law did this, and she had amazing results...also, she made her own juice recipes, didn't use the ones from the show. Granted, she already had the juicer and didn't have to spend any extra money besides on tons of fruits and vegetables, but if you feel you want to try it, I say go for it.

I'm 44 and can totally relate to you. I have 3 skinny kids and a skinny husband...LOL Welcome to MFP and best of luck :)

Hi :) I'm 5' 2", 44 and leaning towards a goal weight of 132. Everything I have read says I should be between 120-126, but I honestly don't feel that is a realistic goal for me. When I reach 132 or even higher depending on how my clothes fit/toned body, etc. I'll decide what the ultimate goal is. Best of luck to you :)

Yep...all I was doing was saying that some people should lighten up and it turned into a *****fest. I know I'll be as supportive as I can be and that's the truth.
-
Nice...yet your diary is completely empty TROberts...makes me wonder if you're a creeper on here...
-
Kettle? clearly you cant read either and that's where all the problems stem from
-
Is it rude of me to tell you to get a life? I find it funny that people are spending time on here reading topics that people are posting and then complaining about it... Simple solution...don't read this thread! Go read another one that will suit you.
-
UMMM YEAH and I also saw that the person who said that was making a JOKE! Exactly why I said people should lighten up!!!!!! Now I'm really thinking that some should get a life!
-
My point exactly to what I posted a few minutes ago...RUDE!
-
LOL LOVE this comment :)
-
DAMN people! Your remarks could be a little kinder... She was just stating the obvious and I believe her point has been proven by the way that 90% have jumped in with rude/sarcastic comments...
-
Maybe not. Maybe they have separate accounts...maybe he works a job where he can earn extra cash on the side... No one knows their situation. and all the posts about it being "creepy" are creeping me out...lighten up, people!
-
Maybe her husband's name is John...

Well said!

First, the determination needs to come from inside to actually do it, but if having your husband make you an offer like that will keep you motivated, then so be it. In my opinion, I feel it's a "to each their own" kind of thing and since no one here knows what kind of relationship you and your husband have those opinions…
