I always make my oatmeal with water and when it's cooked, add in a scoop of my vanilla protein powder. It comes out to 260 calories and carries me through to lunch. I really enjoy it, have you tried using your protein powder?

I use a bit of half and half and a tsp or two of organic maple syrup. It's delicious!

I like to add a scoop to my homemade oatmeal along with a dash of cinnamon and it is delicious! I use vanilla Ultimate Muscle Provider.
