I jumped on the wagon a bit late. Started back on Keto Monday (just had a baby). Already down 4.8 lbs, but I know it's water weight. Feeling strong and not having cravings like usual. Love reading everyone's journey! Have a great Wednesday everyone!

I really like Questbars as well - Smore's, peanut butter and jelly and cookies & cream are my favorite. I've never heated them up as I like them room temp. Interested to try a few mentioned here though!

Crockpot Chicken Tacos Place 4 frozen chicken breast in crockpot Pour jarred salsa over the chicken (just enough to cover the breasts) Cook on Low for 5 hours. Use two forks to shred the chicken and let sit on low for another 1/2 hour. Enjoy!

I make ham and egg cups a dozen at a time so I have a quick snack to grab. There is only .5 net carbs and they fill you up. I also do celery with almond butter, pepperoni chips, fat bombs, nuts, string cheese, etc. Good luck!

A small piece of my homemade ground beef and italian sausage lasagna with a small salad that has romaine lettuce, green onions, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette.

Salsa Chicken Tacos: Put frozen chicken breast in a crockpot and cover with salsa. Cook on low for 5 hours. When chicken is done simply take two forks and shred the meat. I have made the cheeseburger pie one and it was ok, but the second time I made it I added a lot more flavor to it. I flavored the meat much like I would a homemade burger (Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper) and it was MUCH better!
