  • 30 day shred is hard but effective, try to keep at it, just do what you can but try to do a bit more each time. The DavinaMcCall dvds are really good too.

  • Hi, its impact. I can weight bear now but my knee joint is damaged, so any hard impact causes pain. I have 10 screws and 2 plates in my leg, and if I try to walk briskly for 10 minutes I start limping and it really hurts.   • This is a helpful thread, I joined on Monday and had no idea it was good to use all the recommended calories. I thought it was better to leave some behind!
