I have had mine for a week, no complaints. I do not use the download data to computer and some of the other features. I basically use it for calorie tracking. Love it!!

^^^ This. I have friends at work that have ice cream, cookies and are like "mmmmm, don't you want some?" I have a guy that used to bring over his food and try to get me to smell it all of the time. I honestly don't have any issues with what people eat, I have no cravings for food, just beer!!

This^^. But, be careful fitting yourself for one as it can be too tight and cause blood clots. I experienced this and was an unpleasant day of shots, meds, x-rays, etc. I went to my dr and she gave my ibuprofren and had me fitted for 2 knee braces. This has helped tremendously. She told me I had patella tendonitis. I do…

I would second the dr recommendation. Lumps are usually not good things. Do you wear any braces for the knees, or anything similar during squats and such?
