The usual, my PB&Chocolate Fage Greek Yogurt. I use Fage and add almond butter and some granola and chocolate chips. Cures the sweet tooth and keeps me filled up for an hour or more

Since the PT isnt a certified nutrionist, he/she is working out of scope of practice. Meal #2 looks good, everything else looks small. I eat 2-3 big meals per day and do just fine.

For sure, this. I don't believe I have ever met a PT that suggested that I use them, or that anyone use them. Its does sound like a sales pitch, or desperation, to me. Most PT's that I have met, talked to and work with are respectful of their potential clients and their choices.

Eat before bed it you are hungry. This can actually help you to sleep better. Try a protein shake if need be. Great way to keep you full during those periods. I served for 2 years and remember those late night shifts and crushing some pasta around 1030 as we were cleaning. Long story short.....if you are hungry eat.

Promotion usually comes with compensation. Its unfortunate that we are bombarded with the BS but we can only continue to keep the nose to the stone and bust our *kitten* to be the best! I don't pay any attention to any of the fads or pills, just keep at it!
