I have 5 kids, they probably hate us because we make sure they eat fruits and veggies with every meal. We also puree veggies into pasta sauces, etc to make sure they are getting it when we have spaghetti and such. Those comments dont make much sense. regular stretching, ROM activities like arm cirlces, shoulder circles should help. also make sure to stretch the hip flexors as these get ignored and play a huge role in lower flexibility. Best time is when you have the time. I do it in the morning beacuse I have 5 kids and no way in HECK I can do much in the evening. However, we do inlcude the family in boxing at our local gym so we can all get some exercise. Be aware that some people have a difficult time getting to sleep if they exercise too late...
