Normally I weigh twice a week and record it...I weigh daily when I am close to a mini goal. I weighed everyday for about 2 weeks until I reached my first main goal. I am in. I need motivation to get up in the AM. I think i'll start next week and carry it through April. I have a vacation April 5th-8th.. but I am still going to keep it up. I'll need to burn extra calories!

The heart rate monitor is more precise. I have a Polar FT4 and I love it.

Took about a year... We had fertility testing. As a result, I had fibroids removed in July..got pregnant naturally by March. The FDr wasn't sure if the position of my fibroids was blocking the sperm; but it was important enough for me to have surgery to remove them just in case. I am glad I did. I have a 3 year old darling…
