  • I agree with ditching the traditional breakfast, which, if you don't have eggs, often consists of pancakes, waffles, toast, and other carbs. Try ground turkey and veggies, chicken, etc.
  • why can't i stop reading this thread?
  • Completely agree!!! Why would I want to watch Paula Dean making biscuits and gravy while working out?
  • I completely agree, especially with the notion of having that "taste" in my mouth. It's like once I start, I can't stop until that taste is gone. It has me scared to eat snacks or even go past certain places with certain smells. I just wish that I had a healthy relationship with food.
  • This is mindblowing. Great job!!!
  • Chin ups will help your back to be more muscular. They also hit many other muscles in the upper body/core. Maybe combine that with some cardio?
  • Congrats on making it a week. I am about a week in myself. Sometimes if I really feel the need to binge, I eat a bag of popcorn. It's relatively healthy, and will keep you eating for a while. I have also eaten like vegetables from a veggie tray. Those can be really filling too. Neither is a complete substitute for whatever…

  • I'm with the person who mentioned grazing. If I feel one of those days coming on, I'll make a bag of popcorn or get some carrots with a little bit of peanut butter. I also am a fan of eating grapes or a couple of raisins. I also find that green tea really takes away my appetite. Good luck!
  • I too am trying to stop binge eating. This is very difficult, especially since I live literally across the street from a supermarket that is open until midnight. Waaay too convenient. But like someone else said, I am trying to eat more often. I am really trying to stick to foods that are filling and do not have too much…
  • Anyone can add me as well! Help me stay motivated :)
  • I have a wedding to go to in the islands this summer, so I want to look great in a bikini! My sister is also getting married next year, so I want to look good for that as well. Trying to get back into the habit of exercising regularly. Good luck everyone! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods
