Its not very healthy at all and PLEASE don't continue. Check out the forum "Eat More To Weigh Less" . Please take a day to just check this out and read everything. You will learn a ton of how to do this the right way. Add me as a friend if you would like any advice but please don't stay on this path. :)

Check out the Forum "EAT MORE TO WEIGH LESS" I think it could be very helpful. Its about eating the correct amount of food as well as the correct nutrients all while incorporating stength training to get that nice toned look we all want NAKED!! :-) You will learn lots!!

We are an hour and a half away from the airport so by the time we leave the house, get to the airport, through securtiy ect. The plane leaves at @5 something am. That's great! I have put mine away a couple weeks ago. Its a little nerve wracking but so freeing. Our day will not depend on what the scale says and boy is that wonderful. I just keep working out and eating clean and I know that's the best I can do so whatever the scale says then so be it. GOOD LUCK!

Strength training is the key. That's the key to changing your body. If you add that 3 days a week as well as some cardio and healthy eating enough calories to run your body you will get the results you want. Check out the forum "Eat more to weigh less". If your hungry make sure you eat. As long as you are eating real food that's natural and healthy you will be fine. :) Just make sure you keep your strength training in and your cardio. Happy Wedding!!:smile:

My opinion is that it is cheating. I think of exercise is anything that makes you breath heavier than you do naturally. Everything else is just part of your day.
