I weighed 120 a little over a year ago, and it seems like i just woke up one day and was ten pounds more. i would like to get back to 120 but i know its going to be hard for me. But you all are very nice, and im sure with you alls reasurance i can do it, ( atleast i hope i can) I live in south florida and its so hot for me…

Im five foot one inch

i did the bmi, im two pounds from being considered over weight....

And i know that, but im not comfortable with my self. And having a mom who still thinks she needs to lose weight, doesent help me at all in confidence department.
