I think I've been to your neighbors house. We get folks like this all the time. My neighbor.......he's 81yrs old and a few weeks ago I watched him stalk his 80yr old wife with a water blaster water gun. Soaked her from head to toe. My Wife and I laughed for an hr straight. I was also told not to get any stupid ideas.
