No. It would really piss off my wife, and probably confuse the heck outta my kids.

My wife is still being treated by a gastroenterologist because of it. She Really had a bad reaction....caused her to get gastritis. I'm sure it works for some, but beware....my wife had an iron constitution prior to starting it. She was on it for 3 mos and had to stop by orders of her doctor. That was a yr and a half ago

I use to love them, now that I eat low sodium because if BP I can't....they just taste way to salty, ( along with chips and pretzels) they all now just taste like salt on cardboard.......

Same here I can't stand it but it's just so good for you (omega3s) that I eat it once and a while. Thank god I've recently switched to including flax seeds in some meals.
