I have been carrying 1 lb hand weights throughout my cardio exercises and have noticed a significant difference in the size and tone of my upper arms - actually my husband noticed first, which is great!

I take them every day - when I have fallen off the wagon I notice a difference in my general appearance (skin, nails and hair). I try to eat well but I don't want to beat myself up for not reaching all my vitamin goals through food, I have enough on my plate already, LOL!

All I do is Leslie dvd's and I log is under Aerobic, low impact and then enter the time of the workout.
