If you are really concerned about it and want to keep track of calories burned a lot more accurately, purchase a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. The brand Polar makes some really nice ones.

Shouldn't be even close to 90% of your max hr if you entered everything in there and are really 41. You may have selected a fat burning mode which wants you to keep your hr in a certain "zone". There is a theory that you burn more fat at a slower speed. I don't know the specifics though. Also, many of those reading units…

I drink Southen Comfort and diet soda, like 70 cals, and for beer I drink Budweiser Select 55, 55 cals. The select tastes good, mgd 64 tastes more like beer though. I think both of them are about half the alcohol content of a regular lite beer so you won't get as buzzed.

Pretty much just eating till I was sick to my stomach every meal. Knowing I was full but eating more. I wasn't a sweets person, I loved real food and lots of it. My wife and I use HRMs with chest straps . Mine is normally 30 to 40% more calories on the HTM than the machine says. My wife is 20% less than the machine says. I stay within my target heart rate the entire hour, she is normally struggling to. I am over 300 lbs and average 1900-2100 calories burned per hour.

8/2 Cw:210 (frustrating) Calories burned:2886 1800 at the gym, danced for about 2 hour straight at a wedding all sweaty, not sure how accurate mfp is on the numbers and I obviously didn't have my hrm on.

It is cold and won't quit raining in the northeastern US, I started 5 days of midnight shift last night and have a wedding to go to today. I am not going to be a happy camper. Off to the gym for this morning. Have a good day!
