I started February 1 at 324, down to 246 now. I run and have recently started lifting. I couldn't run for 30 seconds when I started and now can go an hour straight.

I now use Sara Lee light bread (45 Cal per slice), Kraft fat free American (25 Cal per slice), and coat each side with 1/2 tablespoon I can't believe its not butter lite(45 Cal per tablespoon). That just took all the fun out of it, didn't it? They are still pretty darn tasty.

Outside I only run on trails because I am scared to death of traffic. Indoors I have a Sole F85 that I set to an incline of 2 and that comes pretty close to the way pavement feels.

Minutes, there are different speeds listed in the exercises. The faster you go, the more you burn.

If you can't use a treadmill, find a decent hill and go up and down.

Couch 2 5k may be too aggressive right now. Inclined walking will get your heart rate up. If you have access to a treadmill, set the incline to 8 and walk for 10 minutes at a time or as long as you can go and lower it back to 0 if your heart rate gets too high. I wouldn't go much faster than 3.3, but everyone is different.…

The heavier you are the more you burn. I am 283 pounds now and burn about 1200 an hour of going pretty good on the treadmill. My brother has lost 179 pounds on here and runs everyday for a full hour on the treadmill and averages 1600 an hour, he weighs 292. You say you are dripping with sweat, I know when I am done the…

When your walks turn into all runs think how much further you will go in the same amount of time. I am in week 4, and I don't go very fast at all. I am just worried about building my conditioning up to be able to jog the whole time.

I don't like the taste of Pepsi Max, but I like Diet Pepsi. I was never a Coke fan till I tried Coke Zero. I am cheap, so I drink the Wal Mart Sam's Cola Zero Calorie.

If you need them to get to a minimum of like 1200 eat some peanut butter. If they are exercise calories, if you aren't hungry i wouldn't really worry about it.
