Best way would be to pull the meat off the leg and then weigh that meat. That would be the most accurate way to figure your calories.

Wendy's triple with cheese occasionally for me. 1030 calories. 44g or carbs. 71g of protein. 60g fat. :bigsmile: I try to limit that to about once a month though.

My wife and I did Warrior Dash in 2011. We loved it and had a blast! I'm signed up with a team for Tough Mudder 2012 and my wife, me and many friends are in for Warrior Dash in 2012! :bigsmile:

My wife and I are in the 3:30 time slot on Saturday.

Oatmeal or (2) cups of cereal with milk. That usually holds me until lunchtime.

My wife and I just finished week 7. Week 8 starts on Saturday. We are running in the Warrior Dash next weekend, so we should be ready!
