  • Just to add to my last post as some of the image is cut off! My average heart rate / max heart rates from my Hrm for walk 1 and 2 are as follows: Walk 1 : Avg HR= 167 and MaxHR = 192 Walk 2 : Avg HR= 179 and MaxHR = 193
