I once heard you loose your weight from the top down so you may see the changes in face/neck first. Since you are working out and building the muscle mass look for other types of changes such as do u feel stronger? have more energy? Feel free to friend me!!

thanks for the insight! I know part of my failure stems from the frustration. I seem to put out so much effort and the results are so slow to be returned that I give up. Such as I did p90x for 3 weeks and lost half a pound. I will try to note things and be accountable!
