Look for a good cause to donate it to. I found in my area that the Cancer Society had a "Brides project" that they resold donated dresses to new brides and used the profits to fund their activities for cancer surviors. http://www.thebridesproject.org/

Took me a while to do it but I completed 30 sessions of the shred. I lost 6 pounds and 7 inches.

Coffee creamer was my enemy too. Look into sugar free coffee syrups Da vinci is one brand so you can get the flavor then work on reducing the sugar or sugar substitute that you add.

I just completed week 2 of the Revolution. I hate the suicide run!!!! I am also doing it on carpet and have the same issue with the kicks. Modify if you need to - as long as your moving and burning calories your good! I am scared and excited to see what work out 3 and 4 hold. But as much as we love/hate Jullian - the girl…

It took me 58 days to actually complete 30 sessions of JM Shred. I am in the 200's at 5'2". That being said ... I lost 6.2 pounds and 7.4 inches overall. I saw very little loss in my arms and bust - most came from my waist and thighs. I can do real push up now and jiggle much less doing jumping jacks!! Its a tough system…

I have two elementary age kids too and my trick is as soon as I get home from work I work out - they know mom gets the tv for half hour so I can do a DVD. Sometimes I even get a little side kick to join me! Try to be consistant on the time and it becomes habit!!

Weight - I have always gone for the skinny guys! Height - I really cant go shorter than me since I am only 5'2 on a good day as it is! But I did date a guy that was only 5'5"

Stick with it!! Even if you switch to Diet the calories saved are amazing!!!

If I am on the run - I have completely embraced the subway diet!! Skip the cheese and dressings and load on the veggies for extra satisfying crunch!! Choose smart and you can get a filling meal for less than 7 bucks and under 400 calories!!
