Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

Just started JM Body Revolution. My daughters and I are doing the 7 day quick start workout and only I am doing the 7 day meal plan. Did anyone think the Cardio 1 was kind of hard to do? I really struggled with any part that involved fast feet routines - hard to do on carpet.

    I just completed week 2 of the Revolution. I hate the suicide run!!!! I am also doing it on carpet and have the same issue with the kicks. Modify if you need to - as long as your moving and burning calories your good! I am scared and excited to see what work out 3 and 4 hold. But as much as we love/hate Jullian - the girl knows her stuff - I saw a 5 pound loss after week 2 of the system.!! Good luck and keep it up!
