Most people are shocked at how I went from a huge 164 lbs at 5'3 (yes it's huge don't kid yourself) down to 100-105 lbs where I am now. They call me anorexic which I'm not but I can tell why they think that since 105 is the lowest for 5'3 and I fluctuate between 100-105. Oh well.

Putting your scale on a carpet or carpeted floor will make you 2-3 lbs less than you actually are. If you weigh yourself completely naked on a solid surface (like stone tile floor or hardwood floor) then you'll get the most accurate weight.

I still have a bit. I used to be 164 (I'm 5'3 and now I'm 100-105) and still have a little bit right under my butt on the back of my thigh. I do run too, so I'm not a skinny fat person with a low weight and loose flabby skin.
