I would say you aren't eating enough calories if you are burning 600+ calories a day. Maybe try eating back some of those calories.

Definately once a month. I usually weight myself once a week, same day and same time. Sometimes it's hard to wait all week so I sneak a peek mid-week ocasionally!

You go to your "track weight" on the home page, once you click save changes it should move your ticker.

If you think about it they say that it is healthy to lose a pound a week and to keep it off. SO basically 4 weeks losing 3-4 lbs is pretty good!
