If you aren't hungry, don't eat. You should always listen to your body, but see what nutritional needs haven't been met and try to adjust your diet for the future.

Jif's natural isn't really all that natural. . .try trader joe's or whole foods if you have them nearby. If not, look for peanut butters that have only peanuts and salt. nothing added. Hopefully that helps!
