Oh my...I have so many things that cause me to be off track. 1) I tend to be able to only have ONE goal at a time, and if that goal is not fitness related (example: when I was in school for my Masters Degree) then I tend to gain weight....quickly! 2) TIME: Anyone else incredibly busy? I'm 5'2 and my ultimate goal is to be 130. Thank you for sharing that you net anywhere between 1400 -1600 calories because one thing I've struggled with is the 1200 goal. My NSV for today is running 33 min (2.75 miles) straight without stopping. I am NOT a runner. Usually I run 5 minutes and walk 5 minutes, so this was a pretty big deal for me!

I just finished week 6 today and I've done the entire program outside. I used to be a gym junkie a few years back and would run run run like crazy on the treadmill. I have decided that outside is WAY harder. I don't focus on distance, I just focus on time. Good luck!
