I'm really not looking at doing any kind of gimmicky diet, and just trying to change my lifestyle a bit. I feel like that is the right move. I'm just confused as to how people can sell directly contradicting methods and not have someone stand up and be like 'you're an idiot'. I don't know who to trust!
