I'm doing 30 day shred and I was told on a forum to log as circuit training, general. Some people have those calorie counter watches that they can enter their own calories. Hoping to get mine soon, but until then, I think the calories are pretty close on circuit training.

L1D8 now done. I am so glad I haven't given up even though I have had set backs. I do think I would see better results if I didn't take a day off in between every couple days, but am happy with what I have done. I have never stayed with working out as long as I have this time. I'm currently doing jillian's 30 day shred which has some good strength training with wts., but there are a lot of other strength training dvds you can try at home. Also I have a wii and a new program called fit active personal trainer that you can do your own workouts with wt or resistance band.

Your diary looks great, you don't seem to be depriving yourself and 2000 calories is great. a 2-3 lb wt loss a week for your size is perfect too. Just keep doin what your doin. I'm sure she'll come around

I usually cheat one day over the weekend and have something bad. I still record it, but I don't let it bother me. If I don't have a indulgence every once in a while I feel like I'm punishing myself and that I won't be able to stick to my diet once I lose the weight. You'll be fine. Just keep working.

Totally agree here. I sleep so well after a workout and a relaxing bath in the evenings. Much better than when I snack and watch TV. I usually work out a couple of hours before I plan to sleep.
