These are the 2 I am doing right now. Gonna try to do 4 days of jillian and 3 of slim in 6 every week to mix things up. Just started so hopefully can keep up with it.

I'm really sorry. I know $10 isn't much but until I have a job i really can't put extra money in. I will still post my stuff, but I can't be part of the prize stuff. Thanks for keeping me motivated. I"m doin good this week. I have my first interview since I lost my job (4 weeks ago) tomorrow. Wish me luck folks. It has been good getting the house in better shape and having the time to exercise, but really need to work! Not doin great on wt loss though due to water wt. Good luck to you all.

Did it with a support group from here that really helped me stay with it. Lost 11 lbs. 3 inches off waist, 4 inches off chest, 3 inches off hips. Didn't do good before and after pics, but I know I feel more toned and have had comments about looking better. I totally think it was worth it.

try toast or bananas. Anything bland should be good. Banana may replace some of the potassium you might have lost too :)

I'm with you. I took Depo shot for a year and gained a bunch. Course having 2 more kids after that didn't help either :) So far I've lost about 27 lbs since May. Just changed my diet and started working out. You can do it!

I did 30ds with 2 rest days a week. Still lost 11 lbs and a bunch of inches. It's your workout. You don't want to risk really injuring yourself. You'd definately not finish then.
