    So sorry, had an awful day yesterday
    Check in for 9-9-11

    Cals: way over ( helped out at a fundraising auction and not the healthiest dinner )
    64 Oz water: nope (ugh)
    Daily exercise challenge: no ( didn't get home from the auction till 12:30am)

    I tried to make up for it today though

    Check in for 9-10-11

    Cals: under
    64 Oz water: Yep plus more
    Daily exercise challenge: complete ( I did yesterdays and todays together plus 2 tabata warm ups)
    Mini challenge: Yep hiked 5.3 miles

    I tried to get the extra 1000 calorie challenge too, not sure if it would count though cause I burned 629 on the hike and drove home to do my 30DS, and both challenges all back to back and burned an additional 516 *shrugs* I tried :) feel terrible about yesterday though.

    (insanity cardio workout done!)

    Weight: 103.5...up a bit from last week...I think water retention from a high sodium dinner last night.

    TEam VV, I am taking my rest day today. I somehow twinged my back last night during my workout and while I am recovering nicely, I want to give it a full 24 hours to get completely better. I am pretty sure that I can return to exercise tomorrow. i will make it up on Sunday, promise!
