So sorry, had an awful day yesterday

Cals: way over ( helped out at a fundraising auction and not the healthiest dinner )
64 Oz water: nope (ugh)
Daily exercise challenge: no ( didn't get home from the auction till 12:30am)
I tried to make up for it today though

Daily exercise challenge: complete ( I did yesterdays and todays together plus 2 tabata warm ups)
Mini challenge: Yep hiked 5.3 miles
I tried to get the extra 1000 calorie challenge too, not sure if it would count though cause I burned 629 on the hike and drove home to do my 30DS, and both challenges all back to back and burned an additional 516 *shrugs* I tried feel terrible about yesterday though.0 -

ok ladies, I apologize. I have had a rough week so far. My 2 year old learned how to unlock the back door and tried to escape while I was in the bathroom. Absolutely terrifying. We now have alarms on all the doors. Also my husband is always on the computer so trying to confiscate it for mfp is difficult sometimes Don't know if any of this will count since it is so late but here goes.
