Ughhh! I'm having problems with getting Week 2 Challenge. I'm at work and can't access the website from work. My home computer is acting up and I can't access myfitnesspal.com from home. I should have that fixed by the end of the week. Can someone copy and paste for me the challenge for this week? I'm already a day behind! Please??? Sorry.

PYGMY (BASIC): 2 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 2 sets of 15 wood chops, 2 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 lawnmowers
BUSHMEN (ADVANCED): 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 20 Pushups (modified if needed)
