• Depends on wt now, and how fast you walk, but yes you definately should.
• I vote for victorious vixens as well.
• I just got to onederland myself. Great job! Feels great doesn't it!
• ok you got me interested. I haven't been watching this monthly challenge, but sounds like just what I need. Can I get an example of what the exercise challenges might be from last month and will I need gym membership or additional equiptment to accomplish them, cuz i do my working out from home.
• Nice to meet ya. Been on this site about 3 months now and it has worked out great for me. 31 year old mother of 3 kids. I still have at least 50 more lbs to lose, maybe more depending on how that goes. I know you'll be able to reach your goal, you have a great attitude about it. Good luck on your journey. Michelle (mikey)
• I would like to know too. Just started C25K program last weekend. Seems like a good way to start running.
• you can view diaries and make your diary viewable which is the same info.
• loving this recipe
• I keep having this problem too. And I am walking inside not in the heat, I drink LOTS of water and and take in very little sodium. I don't know what the problem is. As I have lost a little wt it has gotten a little better though.
• There are appetite stimulants out there that doc can prescribe for you. So kinda magic pills. I would definately talk to doc about the pica. Also don't want to get too personal, but if you have preoblems with depression or anxiety this can make issues with appetite much worse.
• That sounds great. I may try that. I've been doing EA personal trainer. Great as a circuit training type of exercise, but would like something more fun that the kids would enjoy too. You can't use wii fit board for scale on this? My personal trainer thing does, but I know they aren't all compatible.
• Just want to mention the more you weigh, the more you burn. You are at a point where you're not carting around as much wt. That is excellent. A lot of the higher calories burned may be from people with higher wts. Or they may be counting normal parts of their day as exercise, such as housework. Don't stress about comparing…
• I just finished 30 DS in about 50 days. Took 2-3 rest days a week and did cardio on those days. I lost 11 lbs and quite a few inches so it worked for me. I think you should just do it however works for you. If you need a rest take a rest and don't stress about it. :)
• Definately consult your MD. You may have a sleep disorder or apnea that is causing you to awaken. Hope you find something that works for you!
• Can the spreadsheet be changed to reflect that my goal is to lose 36 lbs? I changed my ticker to reflect my final goal instead of my first goal so it should be more consistant with what everyone else is doing. I just really get motivated by achieving a goal so I keep my goals more quickly acheivable.
• was 202.0 yest morn when I normally weigh. Didn't have a chance to weigh this morn. Was 203.8 after workout tonight. Gonna keep my wt at 202 as that is my low wt in a day, also makes for more of a challenge for me.
• It's funny many of you are using your birthday as a goal. My birthday is April 3, 2 days after our challenge is over. So I guess my 32nd birthday is my goal too. I realize that if I get to about 200 by mon (202 now) I can reach my 2nd goal of being under obese catagory by the end of our challenge. That would be an awesome…
• hi guys. I can't wait. My name is Michelle, but have been called Mikey by my family all my life. I am finishing up a competition at work for the biggest loser on Aug 9th. I want to keep motivated to complete my 1st goal of 50 lb loss. I've lost 21 lbs since I started trying to lose wt in May, (18 lbs since starting on…
• This has been really helpful to me as I have had the same questions. Other issue I have is I calculated body fat on a couple sites and every one tells me something different even though I put the same measurements in. What is the "correct" calculator to use?
• I would like to be in. I will finish a biggest loser competition at work at the beginning of August and I want to stay motivated to lose the rest of the weight. Thanks for the challenge!
• Hi misscatanzaro, Also a mother of 3, 2 are boys but all three have very healthy appetites. Trying to work on getting the whole family nutritious while I work on my wt loss (my first goal is 50 lbs off, then we'll see). It is quite a challenge. You can add me as a friend and we'll help each other stay on track. :)
• Hello shiponica, I also heard about this from a coworker a few months ago. I have just hit 16 lb loss since getting on this site, 20 lbs total since I started trying to lose in May. My last "baby" just turned 2 and am finally getting close to what I was before she was born. Hoping to get down to what I was before getting…

• Having Harry Potter party to watch all the other movies on Friday then watching the new one saturday. Butter Beer jello shots sound perfect! Have a great time.
• L2D11 done yesterday. Too tired to post then. Took rest day today and back to it tomorrow.
• Done with L1 yea! Had my bad cheat day with my diet, but it is official, I have lost wt now. Actually today wasn't too bad and my 7 y.o. and 2 y.o. joined in for part of it. Looking forward to L2 tomorrow. It will be 3 in a row without a rest day. Pretty good for me :)
• L1D9 today and then I spent 3 hours swimming and playing actively in the pool with my kids. I am beat today, but burned lots of calories.

• Good luck to you. I know you can do it. I saw you are a nursing student. I am a nurse who works with pre and post bariatric surgery pts. a lot. One of my inspirations for losing the wt. I weighed about the same as you when I was your age and wasn't concerned anough about it at the time. I got up 50 lbs over your highest wt…
• There are quite a few diets out there that really promote a high protein, lower carb diet. That's what I am trying to do right now so I also am always over. There is a way to go in to your goals and manually change your protein higher if the red bothers you, but I know I want to overdo the protein so i don't let it bother…
• Thanks for the tip. I often preenter foods I plan on eating and when I see how bad they will be make different plans. Especially on BW3 wing night. It tells me how many I can eat and still be under my goal. :D
